Accreditations

In all its activities the Emilio Carandini Balsamic Vinegar Company has always considered the quality of its products and the satisfaction of its customers as its main objectives.

For that reason the Emilio Carandini Balsamic Vinegar Plant was among the first to comply with Accreditation UNI EN ISO 9002:1994, obtained in 1998 following the company principle of adherence to certified production standards. In 2003 the company obtained a renewal of this Accreditation by complying with UNI EN ISO 9001:2000. During 2005 the company also obtained its certificate of compliance with the BRC Global Standard – Food - Higher Level. We consider the year 2005 to be of fundamental importance to the commercial activity of the plant, since in November of that year our Quality System, having achieved Accreditation ISO 9001, was extended to encompass all our wine vinegar and balsamic vinegar based seasonings and dressings, whether obtained by conventional methods or organic ones. In March 2006, the company also obtained its accreditation of compliance with the International Food Standard - Higher Level.

Over the years, the Carandini Balsamic Vinegar Company has also worked to achieve accreditation for its line of organic products. In 1997 it received its certificate of conformity to standards for its Organic product lines, under Regulation CEE 2092/91. Then, in 2003, the company also obtained its certificate of conformity allowing export of Organic goods to the United States, according to Regulation USDA NOP.
