The origins of the production methods of this vinegar are lost in time. At the heart of the product is use of the finest selected grapes, grown in a natural way and under special climatic conditions such as those found in the Po Plain with its flood-prone lands and large divergences of temperature between summer and winter.

Only the best ingredients are used to create a blend of concentrated must and wine vinegar, left to age slowly in differently veneered wooden casks, which enrich the product with important flavours and aromas. Ageing goes on for a number of years and the product that emerges has qualities that are truly unique, making it a symbol of excellence for its area of origin. It is a thick elixir with a fine aroma, shiny brown in colour, and with a truly powerful flavour. It is a strong condiment, a perfect addition to dishes which have their own intense and forceful flavours.
