This fitness centre chain management turned to Soda studio asking to find new subscriptions sales system. The starting point was the company awareness that being a fitness chain, including almost 15 centres, they absolutely needed to set the standards for the subscriptions sales approach.

Since the beginning we thought we had to design a sales force packaging that could be so all-sufficient to minimize the sellers action freedom. We created a "stand-alone" software using Adobe Air technology where the seller figure should only manage the software and where the people surf the site and find the best option for their wellness life-stile.

So we came to definition of all the needed stages to offer people a real custom-made system to find their suitable times, prices and fitness activities between the different subscription options. When people enter inside GetFIT offices asking for subscription info, they are invited to sit down in a comfortable seat in front of a big screen, ready to live this "emotional sale".

The whole works starts by showing an emotional video about the GetFIT centres, which offer latest fitness machinery, a whole spa area and a wonderful architectural structure where to eat or just relax. Then the "emotional sale" asks people to fill an on-line form with personal info which help in customizing the subscription proposal such as sports interests, training activity habits and a lot more.

The incredible advantage of the "emotional sale" is that people watch a video which gives a preview of all the fitness courses delivered. This last option has been really appreciated by people because they can have a clear idea about GetFIT fitness proposal. The emotional sale experience ends with a print certificate that suggests you the suitable subscription for your needs, considering the answers and the interests you marked during the selling.
