IMS
This firm is the Italian leader company in cd and dvd manufacturing, and it was property of EMI record label till 1999, when it finally became independent.
The new umbrella company asset stated that IMS S.p.A. hold three internal divisions: IMS Manufacturing, IMS Logistics and Nanosims.
So IMS contacted Soda in order to project the new corporate image of all four companies. From the very beginning our goal was trying to preserve a family feeling between them.
That's why we thought to design a corporate image that looked like Russian dolls, where the IMS holding logo contains the others two, which are similar but different at the same time.
We also conceived all the new companies websites and all the internal corporate materials such as scotch tape, workers uniform and stationery.
